Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns and prepare marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
• Actively seeking out prospects and sales opportunities.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions and conferences.
• Writing monthly reports on the sales performance.
• Handling complaints, negotiating the deals and taking feedbacks from the clients.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department (Minimum 1 year, 3-5 years of experience is preferred).
• Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• A result-driven and organized individual as well as possess excellent leadership skills and achieve sales KPI.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing and sales tactics.
• A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Able to communicate and write in Mandarin, Malay & English.
• Must posse’s own transportation & valid driving license.
