Personal Driver

What would you be doing:

• Safely and timely drive the Director's family to work and back, and to occasions.
• Safely drive the Director's family’s family members, visitors, business partners, and associates to and from places authorized by the Director's family / Director's family’s Office.
• Ensure the car is clean / sanitized at all times.
• Carry out routine inspections on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition. Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance, etc with consultation from the Director's family / Director's family’s Office.
• Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder the smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
• Consider different routes, and check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take (good with Waze / Google Map applications).
• Safely keep receipts for tolls, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance, and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car and travel.
• Responsible, physically fit with a good working attitude.
• Must be PUNCTUAL in attendance and strictly maintain a timing schedule.
• Consider different routes, and check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
• Responsible for the safety of passengers and vehicles, follows and complies with all road and traffic rules.
• Basic, OT, and allowances will be provided.
• Assisting the Director's family with all assigned work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/“O” Level, in any field.
• At least 4 Years) of working experience being a Company or personal driver.
• Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with KL & PJ routes.
• Be able to come to work early / stay back should something crop up last minute.
• Willing to work overtime, on weekends and public holidays as and when required.
• Able to navigate and use necessary tech applications ( Waze, Google Maps, etc).
• No criminal record.
• Non-Smoker.
• Body Skills and protection skills as certified bodyguard is an added credit.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
