Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pre-sales inquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs and address any questions or issues customers may have.
  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
  • Managing customer’s enquiries or policies in order for existing customers to remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts provided by the company as a guidance to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases and call outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tools.
  • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs (Call Performance and Sales Target) are met and exceeded
  • Well versed of insurance products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ GCE ‘O’ level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience doing outbound sales preferably in call centre environment and general insurance industry
  • Possess Insurance certification (GI – BCP & PGI) and basic computing skills
  • Energetic, outgoing personality and service oriented
  • Independent and a fast leaner with initiative
  • Able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin (would be an advantage but not mandatory)
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
