Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content and Brainstorms campaign ideas.
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.
  • Actively play a day-to-day role in community management via outreach and engagement with consumers, fans, and prospects.
  • Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient in internal software systems.
  • Assists in creating performance reports.
  • Supervise social media content design and maintain a social media calendar.
  • Job requirement:

  • Strong skill in social media marketing (Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, Facebook and other social media platforms);
  • Digital marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, SEMrush, Wordpress, Adwords
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Ms Windows, Adobe, illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver will be an added advantage;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Mature and proactive;
  • Good in Bahasa Malaysia.
