Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content tailored for Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and leverage them to create relevant content.
  • Capable of creating content with mobile photography and videography.
  • Responsible for updating new products on the website, e-store, and social media.
  • Assist with additional digital marketing channels, including the website, SEO/SEM, YouTube, and online advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL collaborations, providing insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with external advertising agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns and effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Mass Communication Marketing or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with tools like Canva and CapCut is a plus.
  • Fluent in Chinese, Malay, and English for managing multilingual content.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive and result-oriented.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
  • Added advantage: Experience in live streaming and willing to appear on camera for video, or picture content.
