Responsibilities:-

• To maintain good filling system and proper records of all documents.

• Provide administrative support to the company, for e.g. purchase and upkeep and maintenance of office / equipment / fixed assets, ensure sufficient stationery stock.

• Responsible for timely processing of payroll such as checking and manage claims, leave management and coordination.

To administer, process and renew contracts, insurance, tenancy and other agreements as and when due and liaise with client if required.

• Administer disciplinary policy and ensure its process is in compliance and employees are provided opportunity for counseling, improvement programs and guidance. Ensure harmonious and good industrial relations practice.

• Prepare, draft, update and recommend human resource policies, procedures in accordance with Company’s direction and statutory requirement. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Prepare report on key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, turnover rate and other reports as necessary

• Assess and develop the company’s yearly training program and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs conducted by the company.

• To support manpower planning and overall administrative support during Annual General Meeting (AGM)/EGM required by site office.

• To assist and implement full digitization processes and working culture to transform and improve HR agility to prepare for company for future growth.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree/Master’s in Human Resource Management/Business Management.

• At least 2-3 years working experience, preferably in related field.

• Well verse with employment related legislations in relations to HR (Employment Act, Industrial Act and etc)

• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Good in communication skills, personality, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintaining confidentiality

• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
