Job Responsibilities:
Actively monitor & improve Food Safety Management System from time to time, Production Planning, Manpower & Material Cost Control.
- Handle FSMS audits & surveillance: GMP, HACCP regulators
- Ensure all practices and procedures are carried out accordingly.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Compliance
- Daily inspection & improvise the SOP of processing flow to ensure the production practice is in compliance with GMP and HACCP requirements.
- To improvise the SOP and conditions for finished product handling and storage.
- Managing non-conformance reports, investigating root causes, recommending, and implementing corrective or/and preventive actions within set time frames.
During Non-Seasonal Production:
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintenance Checks: Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Process Improvements: Collaborate on process enhancements and efficiency initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Assurance role in Food Industry.
• Knowledgeable in Food Quality Systems including HACCP, GMP etc.
