We’re a young, fast-paced and creative team looking for a Digital Marketer to join us! In this role, you’ll plan and run campaigns to generate leads. You’ll then analyze and make recommendations to improve the campaigns performance, brand awareness and ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to create and monitor targeted email campaigns.

Website Management:

  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and search engines.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video content.
  • Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and ensuring effective use of ad budgets.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Segment and analyze customer data to enhance the effectiveness of targeted marketing campaigns.

Designing:

  • Utilize Canva and Adobe to create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Content Writing for SEO
  • Write and optimize content for the website, blog, and social media with a focus on SEO best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in website management using WordPress and Duda.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe.
