Description:

We need to hire an administration officer to smooth the company daily operation procedures. This person will be reporting to the Sales & Operation Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage daily logistic/ courier to ensure delivery of goods (supplier and client).
  • Correspond with suppliers on contracts and orders.
  • Correspond with internal team members (eg. designer) on order details.
  • Simple customer service.
  • Organize and file daily documents.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Preferably with experience in logistic management.
  • Preferably with basic CAD knowledge.
  • Past experience in interior/ industrial design are welcome.
  • Well organized with strong attention to details.
  • Positive, self motivated & demonstrated abilities in working both independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in written & spoken English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field.
