Job Summary:

You will be responsible for procuring the necessary materials and supplies, negotiating with suppliers, liaising with marketing team, asking for sponsorship and managing inventory to meet the company's operational needs. You will oversee and optimize the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and source suppliers and vendors for needed products and materials.
• Evaluate supplier options, negotiate terms and conditions to secure advantageous agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and oversee the performance of service providers.
• Monitor market trends and industry-specific factors to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and manage inventory levels to meet production and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferable.
• Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of market trends and industry-specific factors.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
