Production Engineer (KRAH)

Job Responsibilities:

• Streamline production processes, supervise and train team members, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee product excellence.
• Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit reports to demonstrate adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Work seamlessly with other departments to achieve shared production goals.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Mandarin is an added advantage to operate the machines/equipment.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Due to safety protocols, this role requires working in a single-gender environment. The current team in this environment is all male.
• Based at KRAH Factory, Upper Lanang, Sibu.
