RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather and consolidate data from diverse sources to ensure comprehensive performance reporting.
- Configure and implement reports from multiple data sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that impact business performance.
- Utilize statistical methods and data analytics tools to derive actionable recommendations.
Performance Metrics Development
- Define and develop KPIs tailored to meet local business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Implement frameworks and methodologies to measure and track performance against benchmark.
- Continuously evaluate and refine metrics to align with evolving business needs and market dynamics.
Reporting and Visualization
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports for local management and regional stakeholders.
- Design and create visually compelling dashboards and presentations using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and presentations delivered.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Australia & Malaysia to validate data and gather insights.
- Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to local stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Act as a subject matter expert on performance reporting best practices.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Propose and implement enhancements to reporting tools and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy in the local context.
- Stay updated on local industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting performance reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Prior experience in sectors such as insurance, financial services, telecommunications, or contact centers is beneficial.
