Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain financial products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients and provide detailed information about financial products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s financial products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans and investments options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while maintaining a high output standard.
- The candidate must be residing in Miri, Sarawak, and willing to work in Miri.
Benefits & Remunerations:
Salary Range: RM4,000.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
