Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain financial products and services.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Answer incoming calls from potential clients and provide detailed information about financial products.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s financial products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
3 to 4 years of experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably in the finance industry.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans and investments options
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while maintaining a high output standard.
The candidate must be residing in Miri, Sarawak, and willing to work in Miri.
