  • To win the trust of clients, colleagues and tenants
  • Greet tenants and prospective clients with warm smile
  • Manage office tenants, building management, vendors
  • Ensuring corporate standards are being maintained
  • To resolves issues by quick thinking and action
  • Answer phone calls by given script professionally
  • Resolving customer complaints via meeting, phone and email
  • Consistently following up on pending matters without reminders till completion
  • Assists with complaints, request and suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
  • Manage internet, IP PABX, billing, card access, billing systems
  • Inform tenants/clients of promotions, upselling products and services
  • Preparing month end reports
  • Work with centre manager and colleagues to ensure great service
  • Data collection for sales, market research
  • Sales support
  • Prefer with sales experience

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree holder
  • Proactive and willingness to learn
  • Quick learner and Team worker
  • Dynamic, independent, reliable and responsible
  • Good communication skill
  • Multi-tasking & with a good sense of urgency
  • Have an eye for details
  • Entry-level to mid level
  • Dress professionally
