Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher education
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literature and able to work independently
- Preferably candidates with Chinese speaking
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field
Tasks & responsibilities
- To implement day-to-day activities such as issuing Purchase Order, check invoices and filing documents
- Maintain and update proper records for procurement team
- Processing and reconciling orders from customer
- Data entry to Procurement system and complete all required transaction data entry
- Communicating with supplies and customers about price, product and deliveries
- Respond to department and supplier questions about orders
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the procurement department and customer
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by management
