Responsibilities
- procurement and ordering of materials
- calculate the quantities of the material before purchase
- follow up on tender, cost study preparation, gather sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ quotations.
- including taking-off of project
- including compilation of sub-contractors quote,
- preparation of cost study for every trade involved in the contract
- preparation of Letter of Award for sub-contractors
- preparation of progress claim
- verification of sub-contractors claim
- issuance of sub-contractor’s certificate of payment.
- preparation of variation orders quotation and settlement of final account.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS)
- 2 to 4 years working experience/ in construction industry preferably in building project.
