POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Benefits Analyst role is responsible for the oversight to the administration of benefits globally. This position is a key strategic role in the planning and execution of the strategies that support Herbalife’s Benefits Principals. This role must stay apprised of the ever-changing legal updates within their local market and provide innovative approaches to streamline administrative processes internally and for our Global Business Service centers.

Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job:

  • Provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to monitor and maintain compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Serves as the point of contact for escalated issues, and resolution.
  • Perform complex data analysis related to benefit usage, cost, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that any benefit related policies are updated when necessary.
  • Liaison with our external consultants, such as Mercer, Marsh, Aon and WTW
  • Work directly with all the countries within the APAC market for benefit renewals and enrollment.
  • Works collaboratively with the Market’s HR Business Partners to provide aid and support for any benefit related issues.
  • Works closely with the HR systems to ensure our accuracy for reporting output when requested.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Global Benefits Team is comprised directly of 5 Benefit COEs strategically focused providing support and protection to ensure employees’ comprehensive benefits’ needs and wellbeing. We use a holistic approach, offering culturally appropriate choice, considering market best practice and legal requirements, while employed as well as in retirement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, and projecting consequences of proposed actions, and recommending best options.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information, strong ethics, and integrity.
  • Must possess knowledge of hoe benefits work throughout the APAC region.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Strong HRIS Skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt and to remain flexible to business changes.

Education:

Bachelor Degree;

Languages:

English, Bahasa Malaysia

Preferred:

  • 3+ Years in Benefits management.
  • Professional Certifications in HR and Benefits specifically.
  • Language: Mandarin.
