Responsibilities:-
Able to plan, manage and monitor from pre-development stage to post development stage.
Able to produce market survey and feasibility study reports, conduct analysis and familiar with development guidelines.
Involve in planning designs and submission until obtaining approval.
Assist in planning guidelines and requirement compliance for the on-going projects.
Liaise and coordinate with all consultants, construction, division, marketing division and all relevant parties as needed and keeping the lead informed.
Coordinate and monitoring designs by consultants in terms of compliance of design, submission and approval of drawings.
Ability to conceptualize and generate submission drawings to government authorities, construction and detail of drawings.
Assist in liaison with clients, consultants, local authorities and government to ensure compliance of requirements.
Assist to liaise with contract department or technical department in drawings, specification as well as costing (in finishing materials) to meet the requirement.
Able to follow-up and carry out progressive checking to ensure project quality.
Able to assist site visit to take measurements and updating of drawings.
Other duties assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in property/development industry. Required skill(s) : AutoCAD, 2D & 3D (will be an added advantage)
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
