Technical Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is required.
• Proficient in CAD drawing, and other relevant certifications.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am-12.00pm; 2:00pm-6.00pm)

Job Description:

• Provide technical support and guidance for the project, ensuring engineering design and construction comply with technical specifications.
• Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and plans to ensure their accuracy and feasibility.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during construction and provide technical solutions.
• Organize drawing reviews, submit TQs, and report findings.
• Prepare, submit, and modify MS and MSA.
• Create measurement drawings, completion drawings, and shop drawings.

工作要求：

• 会中文，英文和马来文。
• 应聘者需至少拥有学士学位。
• 需有5-10年在建筑业相关经验。
• 精通CAD绘图、其他等资格证书。
• 工作时间：周一至周六 (8.30am-12.00pm; 2:00pm-6.00pm)。

工作内容：

• 负责项目的技术支持与指导，确保工程设计和施工符合技术规范。
• 编制和审核技术文件、图纸及方案，确保其准确性和可执行性。
• 解决施工过程中遇到的技术问题，提供技术解决方案。
• 组织图纸会审、提出TQ并上报。
• 编制、申报、修改MS和MSA。
• 绘制测量图、竣工图及shop drawing。
