Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for daily dining floor activities and customer service.
  • To ensure the achievement of monthly profit and sales target.
  • To ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.
  • Work as communicator between restaurant chef or management and subordinates.
  • Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines.
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc.
  • Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably having management experience in food and beverage line.
  • A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays.
  • Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way.
