Responsibilities
- Be responsible for daily dining floor activities and customer service.
- To ensure the achievement of monthly profit and sales target.
- To ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.
- Work as communicator between restaurant chef or management and subordinates.
- Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc.
- Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably having management experience in food and beverage line.
- A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays.
- Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way.
