Job Description:
- Support in development and implementation of process standardization of finance activities to enhance departmental productivity and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process automation within finance functions; develop and execute RPA strategies aligned with the finance goals to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Identify critical risk areas for improvement and to ensure internal controls are in place.
- Actively identify processes for digital transformations.
- Understand the whole process flows of finance activities and initiate or make suggestions for improvements.
- Managing end-to-end project initiatives within the finance functions, from feasibility assessment through to implementation to ensure timeliness and satisfactory deliverables.
- Overseeing or maintenance of Group Finance system master files.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience preferably in the property development industry.
- Preferably with experience in implementation &maintenance of ERP, P2P and any digitalized projects and initiatives.
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capability to lead a project team to accomplish the initiatives.
- Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within timeline.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint and preferably with experience in IFCA, Esker & RPA.
