Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Responsible for the full purchasing process and sourcing.
• Conduct price negotiations and expedite all purchases.
• Assist in issuing purchase orders and maintaining purchase invoices accurately in the SQL Accounting System.
• Ensure high quality of goods, parts, or materials purchased at minimum cost with timely delivery.
• Perform stock adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels, ensuring accuracy, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Receive shipments, verify the quantity and quality of items, and organize and store products in designated areas.
• Manage office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Undertake any other duties and tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Pursuit of A diploma, advanced diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, or professional degree in business administration or management, or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively work with all levels of the organization
• Internship Period : November 2024 Onwards
