Job Description:

  • Perform full sets of Accounts including preparation of Journal Entries and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for managing all facets of the accounting matters of the company, including month-end or year-end closing process, financial statement preparation, audits, process management, and compliance with accounting, tax & other guidelines.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and reconciliations of accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Manage cash flow, prepare budget & forecast report.
  • Involvement in payroll calculation and submission (about 10 to 14 headcounts).
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders for audit and tax matters.
  • Ensure proper accounting records and documentation by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to converse fluently in Mandarin.
  • 2-3 years of experience specializing in finance/accounting or equivalent.
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, hands-on and good team player.
  • Independent, meticulous with analytical mind.
