You will be reporting directly to CEO to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual, implementation, planning, construction to completion stage, ensuring adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Our client has its roots as a real estate developer and is the corporate and operational arm for the Group’s property business in Singapore and Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of project strategies, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, to identify viable opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, critical milestones, and deliverables to ensure project completed on schedule.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and expenses to ensure financial viability and cost-effectiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and agencies to secure all approvals required for planning, commencement, and project completion
- Manage project incident according to established incidents management and communication plan.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize project risks.
- Implement and enforce safety measures to promote a safe working environment on construction sites.
Skills/ Experiences
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture with minimum of 10 years' proven experience in property development, successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects would be preferable
Technical expertise in handling development projects from start to finish. Proficient in working with local authorities and obtaining necessary approvals.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, work independently and have initiative mindset. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
