We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive digital-savvy intern to join our team and help drive the execution and maintenance of our agency's digital system enhancements. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for exciting new enhancements and solutions on our agency’s digital applications, documenting issues and collaborating on effective fixes.
  • Assist in creating clear and engaging documentation, communication materials, and user guides for our digital applications.
  • Support the preparation of insightful reports that inform our digital strategies.
  • Provide first-level support for inquiries related to the agency’s digital applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Management, Information Technology/ Computer Science, or any equivalent related field.
  • Eager to learn and make meaningful contributions to digital projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to tackle new challenges. Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
