Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes as per the menu.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving and storing supplies properly.
- Support in monitoring food portioning, waste control, and quality assurance.
- Ensure that all dishes are served on time and meet presentation standards.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and contribute to team development.
- Prepare duty roster for staff.
Requirements:
- Open to MALAYSIAN only
- 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to Multitask and perform in a fast paced environment.
- Team Player
- Willing to work on Public Holiday or Weekend.
