  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes,

estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.

  • Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation

sequences that will minimise risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and

consistency of final products.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from

time to time.

  • To support on all type of non-conformance / deviation (CAPA, CAPA Request, CIR/IC, Interplant and Inprocess)
  • To assist team in managing and monitoring the molding process for IVC products.
  • Process optimization for IVC products.
  • To manage Power Bi for in-process defect tracking and take immediate action
  • To perform key engineering studies, improvement projects, and others while having a first-hand perspective in project management.
  • To Optimize process flow, production concerns, and quality control of manufacturing products by developing creative solutions to improve efficiencies through training while implementing plant safety and reducing wastes.
