Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a People & Culture Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding and Orientation

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Collect feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Help maintain employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute ideas for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Learning and Development

  • Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Help track employee training progress and maintain training records.
  • Assist in researching and implementing new learning and development initiatives.

HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for promoting a positive work culture and supporting employee growth and development.
