1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Administrative Duties:

1. Office Management:

o Oversee the daily administrative operations, including maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well-organized work environment.

o Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and office facilities maintenance.

2. Policy Implementation:

o Develop and enforce company policies, guidelines, and procedures for efficient office operations.

o Review and update administrative systems to enhance workflow.

3. Asset and Inventory Management:

o Oversee the management of vending machine inventory and spare parts.

o Coordinate with the logistics team to manage the deployment of vending machines.

4. Travel & Logistics Coordination:

o Organize travel and accommodation for field staff and technicians visiting vending machine sites.

o Support the logistics team in managing technician schedules and deployment routes.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

o Prepare and manage administrative reports, including office expenses, staff attendance, and performance.

o Ensure the company is compliant with health and safety standards in all operational locations.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Effectiveness

· Time to Hire: Average number of days from job posting to candidate hiring.

· New Hire Retention Rate: Percentage of new hires who stay with the company for more than 6 months.

· Onboarding Satisfaction Rate: Feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience (collected through surveys or exit interviews).
