Job Responsibilities

  • To handle credit administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects.
  • To handle loan arrangements, documentation, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to credit admin.
  • To ensure progressive payments are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms.
  • To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers.
  • To liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues related to credit admin functions.
  • Respond positively and professionally to customer’s enquiries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
  • Prepare billing and collection report to superior.
  • To handle sub-sale, refinancing, transfer of title and auction documents.
  • Overall coordinator of the appointments with purchaser for the key collection with Property Management and Project team.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must at least possess a Diploma/ Degree in any relevant fields.
  • Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Property Developer industry is preferred.
  • Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, candidates who are able to fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Kota Damansara area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
