Procurement Executive

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to ensure a smooth supply chain by implementing effective purchasing strategies. You will manage timely deliveries, source raw materials, and optimize inventory turnover.

Key responsibilities include coordinating purchases, requests, resolving supplier quality issues, and generating performance reports while adhering to procurement policies. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation, data analysis, and ERP/MRP skills.

Main Task and Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies for both direct and indirect procurement.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
• Source and purchase raw materials, packaging, and MRO supplies as needed.
• Coordinate shipments and oversee raw material storage.
• Address quality issues with suppliers and conduct audits when required.
• Generate regular reports on performance and inventory.
• Optimise inventory turnover through effective vendor management practices.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
