We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be working with managers and heads of business units on a variety of tasks, from general communications to overseeing special projects.   • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings and discussions
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Plan and execute key projects
  • Assess and monitor project performance and effectiveness
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing systems
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as required by manager
