  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in daily operations, support the sales team, and contribute to special projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Assign incoming leads to appropriate sales team members based on predefined criteria.
  • Assist sales team in daily operations

Project Work:

  • Participate in data cleaning projects to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our sales and customer databases.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes to ensure accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
  • Help prepare presentations, update documents, and create decks for various internal and external meetings/education/knowledge base.
  • Participate in sales strategy discussions and takes detailed notes of the flow and implementation plan (if any)
  • BPM: Prepare business process flow (if any)
  • Participate in system integration discussions with operation manager (if any) for note taking
