Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and retail operations?
Cameron Bharat Plantation Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking an experienced Service Assistant to join our team at KK Mart. In this role, you will play a key part in managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our retail outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handalling all incoming customer queries and questions
- Providing the appropriate service and information
- Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management
- Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
- Providing quotations and checking product availability
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma or certificate in retail, business management, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in retail or customer service roles.
- Skills: Proficiency with cash registers and basic knowledge of store operations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
