Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate entry into the hotel management system.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, including managing phone calls, maintaining front desk supplies, and preparing daily reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
