About the Role
As an Automotive Financial Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving our sales and promoting our auto finance products. You'll work closely with Sales Advisors and customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure a smooth loan application process.
Responsibilities:
- Loan Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications, gathering necessary documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales and Promotion: Actively sell and promote our auto finance products, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting both individual car buyers and business clients with their financing needs.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions, and other promotional events, engaging with potential customers and generating leads.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including preparing sales reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in auto finance or a similar industry.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
