F&B Assistant

Job Summary:

The F&B Assistant @ Floor Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness and orderliness, and assisting in the smooth operations of the restaurant's floor. This role involves attending to guests' needs, supporting waitstaff and kitchen teams, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests in seating and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and drinks to customers efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Floor Operations:

• Set up tables with necessary items (e.g., utensils, glassware, napkins).
• Clean and reset tables between service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Assist with stock and inventory management, such as replenishing drinks, cutlery, and napkins.
• Clear dishes and ensure waste is properly managed.

3. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist other team members during busy periods or when needed.
• Support in restocking and preparing the restaurant for the next shift or day of operation.

4. Adherence to Standards:

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations as per company policies.
• Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures, including maintaining grooming and uniform standards.

5. Additional Duties:

• Handle cash and payment transactions when required.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in special events or functions when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
