Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Port Klang

Company Overview: We are a well-established manufacturing company specializing in emergency lighting, exit lighting, PCBs, and other electronic products. Our factory environment is air-conditioned and designed to provide a comfortable workplace for all our employees. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, stocktaking, and material flow.
• Oversee receiving and dispatching of materials to ensure timely delivery to the production line.
• Coordinate with the production and purchasing teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Organize warehouse layout for optimal material storage and retrieval.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and produce regular reports for management.
• Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work closely with other departments.
• Proficient in inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
