  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scopes : -

  • Source and negotiate leases with prospective tenants.
  • Conduct market research and track competitor retail developments.
  • Plan and execute retail leasing activities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential tenants.
  • Support leasing strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Manage rental collection and tenancy agreements.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams for fit-out and maintenance.
  • Analyze tenant sales and performance.

We are looking for someone with : -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Leasing, Tenancy, Retail Management or similar.
  • Preferably executives specializing in Mall Leasing or equivalent.
  • Good negotiation skills will be advantageous.
  • Must have driving license
  • Willing to outstation
