Responsibilities ;

Act as a medium to ensure compliance issues are delegated to respective authorities for investigation and solutions; work to ensure that rules and regulations are followed properly and ensure that employees and management handle compliance appropriately.
To assist in conduct HIRARC and workplace inspection (WPI).
To assist in checking and verify Forklift and Reach Truck and First Aid Box inspection.
To assist and supervise third party who provides services related to OSH eg; LEV and Audiometric test etc.
To conduct briefing of SHE related issue to the workers.
To assist in receiving and distributing PPE and first aid items.
To assist in conducting hostel monthly safety inspection (fire extinguisher, exit sign, emergency light, evacuation plan, first aid box).
To assist in conducting monthly fire fighting equipment inspection.
To assist in quarterly firefighting equipment inspection by appointed service provider.
Keep updated records of checklists, filing and activity log record.
Data entry and input of documentation.
Participate in emergency response activities for company.
To support Reg and Comp Dept in the implementation of ISO 14001: 2015 .
To perform safety and environmental related job task as per instruct by superior from time to time.
