Job Responsibilities:
(1) Customer services - General customer service, including the handling of inbound and outbound calls/text messaging and email inquiries.
(2) Coordination - Coordinating client training and education activities in the studio.
(3) Administration - Perform over-the-counter administrative duties such as guest appointment bookings, attendance, payment processing, and closing, database/filing, and queries via instructors/guests.
(4) Operations - Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the studio. Light load inventory, premises maintenance, managing cleaning services, and adherence to Safe Measurement Management guidelines.
(5) Sales - General retail operations and sales inquiry handling.
(6) Generating Daily Sales Report
(7) Any other ad-hoc or administrative duties when necessary.

Required Experience:
(1) 2 years of working experience in the related field/Administration/Customer service/Retail Operations or Hospitality is a plus and highly valued.
(2) Managing inquiries - effective communication through both face-to-face (in person) and writing (email, social media, WhatsApp, etc).
Stand-out:
(1) Bilingual: English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
(2) 2 years and above of experience in coordinating appointments and projects
(3) Experience in managing social media for company profile
(4) A gift of creative writing
(5) Enjoys physical movements

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm | Saturday, 7am to 1pm
OR Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9pm | Saturday, 11am to 5pm
(Sunday and Public Holiday are non-working days)
Work Venue: Damansara Heights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
