This is a full-time hybrid Customer Service role in the Banking Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers in various global regions. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns using phone, email and live chat to ensure customer satisfaction.

Designation: Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker

Location: Menara IQ, Lingkaran TRX, Tun Razak Exchange

Working hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift

Expected Start Date: Immediate Joiner

Work Arrangement:

  • Initial 1-6 months: Fully office-based
  • Post 6 months: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) based on performance

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and Bermuda. You will provide exceptional service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service and sales calls for the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
  • Provide service and support for customers from Australia and Bermuda, including handling complaints and resolving issues.
  • Assist both local and international customers efficiently and professionally.
  • Work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with shifts fixed for every 3 months.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency:
  • Proficient in English (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary:
  • SPM & Diploma holders: Starting from RM3000 and above.
  • Degree holders: Starting from RM3300 and above, (depending on experience).

Allowances:

  • Fixed Contact Centre Allowance: RM200/month (post-training).
  • Language Allowance:
  • Mandarin speakers: RM300/month
  • Mandarin & Cantonese speakers: RM500/month

Night Shift Allowance:

  • Start time between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: RM300/month
  • Start time between 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM: RM450/month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
