Plan, organize, and arrange seafarer mobilization based on earned leave and tour of duty completion.
Ensure vessel compliance with minimum safe manning, operational manning, and charterers’ manpower requirements.
Schedule and assign qualified seafarers with valid STCW certificates and appropriate training for vessel operations.
Maintain and update crewing information in BASSnet, including certification and performance appraisals.
Track and update records of resigned or dismissed seafarers, including attrition data.
Collaborate with Fleet Operations and Base Office for seamless crew change planning.
Foster strong relationships with seafarers, ensuring retention and smooth operation.

Ensure timely completion of crew planning activities, adhering to company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirement

At least 2 years’ experience in vessel crew planning, preferably with Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs), Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS), or Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs).
Familiarity with crewing, marine arrangements, and vessel logistics.
Strong planning and scheduling abilities, with the flexibility to handle emergency situations.
Good PC knowledge, particularly with Microsoft programs and crew management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to tasks.
