Quantity Surveyor

• Accompanying sales designer to sites (if necessary) at any given time to take notes for quotation purposes;
• Participating in various project and/or Company meetings.
• Participating in various project and/or Company meetings with managers/designers/suppliers/contractors/clients;
• Participating in various sales/product trainings the Company may organize from time to time;
• Maintaining and reporting any record of project costs and progress known;
• Data entry and bookkeeping of company information and accounts;
• Preparation and delivery of quotations, invoices & receipts to clients (online);
• Preparation of payments to suppliers & designers with proper record;
• Checking and preparation of designer’s cover sheets;
• General administrative work such as scanning, printing and data entry;
• Liaise with other administrators, designers, and suppliers;
• Reporting to Directors of the Company;
• Being present for online/physical meetings and presentations;
• Being supportive to your colleagues as a team;
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner; and
• Adhering to the Company rules and acting accordingly as a part of the Company.

Requirement:

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction Management or related field.
• Min 2 years experience in ID firm or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Well verse in read, write and speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and local Dialects would be added advantages
• Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
