Duties and Responsibilities:
- Event & Promotion Coordination: Assist in planning and managing events and promotional activities, including Roadshow, Product Launches, etc. Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Product Development, Sales, Logistics, etc) to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitoring Campaign Timeline: Keep track on the progress of marketing campaigns and activities. Ensure that all POSM, collaterals, tools and equipment are in place before the campaign launch.
- Brand Performance Tracking & Postmortem Analysis: Analyse data from various sources to provide detailed post campaign performance analysis. Ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Compile data from various sources (online, on-ground campaigns) to identify competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, etc.) to ensure alignment on campaign KPIs. Liaise with external partners, such as advertising agencies or media outlets, to execute campaigns. Maintain relationships with influencers, vendors, and other key marketing stakeholders.
- Administrative and Support Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as creating and tracking purchase orders, maintaining records of all transactions within the in-house ERP system, managing outgoing payments to agencies and vendors, updating the marketing budget, and coordinating approvals for invoices and quotations within the department.
- Support Senior Brand Executive: Assist the Senior Brand Executive in planning, implementing, and coordinating all planned marketing activities to ensure campaigns are carried out according to the marketing calendar.
- Handle Consumers Inquiries: Respond to consumer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and the toll-free hotline. Ensure all complaints are resolved amicably.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma / Degree in Public Relations / Marketing or related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Must possess good writing skill.
- Candidate with knowledge in Brand Management and Graphic Designing also has added advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision, able to work under pressure and provide effective leadership to the team.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Clear mind set with strategic thinking, responsible and a passion for achievement.
- Able to handle MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiar with basic Graphic Designing software in an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
