  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Computer literate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform all types of billings including debit notes, credit notes, invoice correction and billing adjustments.
  • Deliver accurate and timely billing for the business customers while improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all discharge bills are printed and is ready for settlement daily in accordance to the set KPI.
  • Liaise with relevant departments where further details and clarification are needed.
  • Work closely with the inter-department team to ensure all deliverables are captured correctly as per the requirements.
  • Resolving invoice rejection issues by clarifying with the requestor and, if necessary, issuing a credit note
  • Support the month-end close of books in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Able to meet demanding deadlines
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Attend to incoming telephone calls.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
