This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Admin Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for event planning, including processing purchase orders, preparing work permits, and organizing rooming lists.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of event-related activities, including budget tracking, vendor contracts, and participant lists.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and post-event documentation.
  • Ensure all event paperwork is completed in a timely and organized manner, adhering to internal and external deadlines.
  • Support the event team with general administrative tasks as needed, including calendar management and communication with vendors and participants.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in event management or a related field, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
