About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC in the FMCG industry. They are currently looking for highly capable individuals to grow them to further heights.

Job Description

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's QMS to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day QA activities, including inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure product quality meets specified standards.
  • Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance on quality processes and ensuring continuous training and development.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, and ensure audits (internal and external) are conducted effectively.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Investigate product quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain material quality and resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries or complaints regarding product quality.
  • Assist in preparing for and conducting internal audits, supplier audits, and customer audits, ensuring any corrective actions are followed through.
  • Develop and monitor quality metrics (KPIs) to assess product and process performance, and report findings to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for quality processes, certifications, test records, and audits, ensuring traceability and compliance.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, or other quality management certifications is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
