Job Description

  • To secure meeting appointments, knowledge & methodology to connect with the Client or Consultant, conduct company presentations and introduce company products & services;
  • To identify and develop new business leads, business opportunities via all available marketing tools or strategies. She/he shall keep aware of the market trends related to the Group’s business;
  • Required to manage the client relationships and maintain contact with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • To work closely with and assist the Group CEO in all Business, development of the Group and may require to be responsive at all times;
  • Required to maintain good rapport with the Clients at all times and may require to service the Clients until the project/ sales completion;
  • To prepare all necessary presentation kits, business proposals, quotations, budgetary, and any business‐relevant requirements independently;
  • To arrange, conduct and coordinate with other relevant technical departments to provide the best proposal for the Client;
  • Require to attend the meetings, conferences, exhibitions, & events with Directors when & as required including on weekends or out of normal working hours;
  • Continuously be planning, implementing, and monitoring the outcome of any new marketing initiatives when & as required;
  • Required to follow up on the whole tender process and to prepare all necessary materials for attending the tender matters such as sourcing, costing, and pricing strategies, within the allocated timeline until the completion of the whole tender outcome;
  • To ensure and monitor the costing and submission of tender/quotation as per the time specified by the client/consultant;
  • Responsible to review and propose to the Group/Companies branding,and reputation and is able to execute or lead all the necessary plans adoptedby the Board;

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Prefer minimum 3 years Business Development / Sales experiences in Interiors Design/Construction/Property Industry.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Must have own transport
