  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analysis of technical, specification, requirement and operational feasibility for request for quotation process (RFQ)
  • Prepare process routing, review and assign material for new and repeat parts.
  • Liaise with production and quality department on any technical and quality issues.
  • Provide technical input on new product development by identifying requirements of new gauges, fixture & tool requirement.
  • Check material availability and lead time for order confirmation.
  • Allocate material and release Work order router to Production.
  • Monitor, maintain and control the shear records.
  • Able to perform the shear test and evaluation the results.
  • Determination of critical measurement points for Production and QA
  • Reviewing customer specification changes and issue ECN
  • Raise waiver to customer for product and process related
  • Measure, monitor and reporting of department KPI achievement
  • Propose & implement activities to achieve KPI and for continuous improvement
  • Evaluate risk and implement action to reduce risk in department process
  • Ensure all records and data are accurate and maintain all records
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

  • Diploma and above.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry at least 1 year and above.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
